★ The pitch

What is Darys.lt,
and who is it for?

Key takeaways

  • Lithuanian-first AI assistant, built and operated in the EU.
  • Native-language interaction, structured onboarding, AI literacy training built in.
  • EU AI Act Article 4 obligations met by default, not retrofitted.
  • Live today as darys.lt. Reserved as darys.ai for the next phase.
  • The same engine re-packages for enterprise once the personal product is sharp.

Darys is the AI assistant a Lithuanian would actually use every day. The interaction is native, not English with a translation layer. Onboarding walks a first-time user through what an assistant can and cannot do. Embedded training covers AI literacy and the specific obligations of EU AI Act Article 4, so a person and an employer both get the compliance footing they need from day one.

The thesis is small-market specific. Frontier models are global and English-default. For Lithuanian and, by extension, smaller EU language markets, no major assistant treats localization, onboarding, and personal-user convenience as first-class. We are building exactly that: a daily-driver where the language, the training rails, and the everyday workflows feel native.

Live and in production today. The same underlying assistant scales to Lithuanian companies, teams, public sector, and regulated industries that need the same compliance posture and language quality at organizational scale.

★ What's inside

The features the global assistants skip.

Lithuanian-first interaction

Replies, prompts, and UI in native Lithuanian, not machine-translated English. Tone tuned for Lithuanian readers, not lifted from a global default.

Structured onboarding

A guided first-run that teaches what the assistant does well, where it fails, and how to phrase requests for better answers. No more blank-prompt panic.

Embedded AI literacy training

Bite-size lessons inside the product that satisfy EU AI Act Article 4 obligations for both individual users and the organizations deploying them.

EU-built, EU-operated

Hosted and operated within the EU. No third-country transfer concerns for sensitive prompts or document content.

Quality-of-life conveniences

Lithuanian-specific shortcuts, document templates, and workflow defaults the global assistants do not bother building for a small market.

Enterprise track ready

The same engine packages for organizations once the personal experience is polished. Teams, public sector, regulated industries on the same compliance footing.
